Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn has several restaurants, bars and terraces. For example, we have our Toos Restaurant, Live Cooking restaurant and our lobby bar. Every quarter, our chef creates a new menu, inspired by local seasonal products and favourite classics.
On the new menu, you will find fresh spring dishes with asparagus and cauliflower, but of course the Van der Valk schnitzels cannot be missing either! In addition, delicious matching wines have been selected, to be ordered by the glass or bottle. Below is a comprehensive overview of the variety that Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn has to offer. You can also enjoy a 3-course menu, composed by our head chef. If you would like to extend this menu to a 4-course menu, this is possible for a small extra charge. You then choose a starter, main course and dessert as well as a soup as an intermediate course.
