Every morning, our well-known extensive and fresh breakfast is waiting for you in our special Live Cooking Restaurant. In the restaurant, we serve our Van der Valk breakfast in buffet form, allowing you to enjoy our various breakfast dishes and drinks without any restrictions. As soon as you enter the restaurant, the delicious smell of freshly baked bread rolls wafts towards you and you take a stroll along the buffet. Will you choose a freshly baked buttercream croissant? A crispy Italian roll? Or one of our tasty country breads? Besides a wide range of freshly baked bread, our buffet also has a wide choice of meat and cheese options, such as creamy brie, tasty slices of cheese, ham and much more. Various English breakfast dishes can also be found at our breakfast buffet such as tasty scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and much more.
Fans of healthy and conscious food can also fill their plate at our breakfast buffet with a fresh fruit salad or one of our superfoods. Delicious for in your yoghurt and super healthy too. Bon appetit!

A unique feature of our breakfast buffet is the Live Cooking aspect, with our chef enthusiastically preparing various dishes in front of you. Start the day with a delicious fried egg or opt for a special omelette? The nice thing is that you can choose the ingredients yourself. So the omelette is always prepared especially for you.

Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
