Call for guests experiencing gastrointestinal complaints after staying at Hotel Hoorn

In the past few days, several people have experienced stomach and/or intestinal complaints after visiting Van der Valk Hoorn. The symptoms mainly consist of nausea and vomiting. The well-being of our guests is our highest priority. Following the initial reports, we immediately took action.
We promptly informed the relevant authorities and engaged an external professional agency to conduct measurements and investigate the cause. Until the results of the external investigation are known, stricter protocols will be in place at the hotel. Once the investigation results are available, we will communicate this to the stakeholders.

We are closely monitoring the situation and are already in close contact with guests who have reported complaints.
If you stayed with us between Wednesday, November 27, and Sunday, December 1, and have experienced physical complaints as described above, please contact us! You can do this most easily via our email address info@hoorn.valk.com, and we ask you to indicate both your type of stay (lunch, dinner, meeting, just a drink, and/or stay) as well as your complaints. We will then contact you as soon as possible. We also wish you a speedy recovery and offer our sincere apologies for this situation!
